We offer a range of training and support services for clients, these
include:
System
Support Centre
Front line support for all applications
and services is offered by the System Support Centre on one central
number: 020 7255 7001, or ask
your question online.
In-depth support through consulting, installation
and follow-up is provided by your account team.
Learning
Centre
In addition to the training provided by your
account team in your own office, you can arrange a bespoke training course in the Learning Centre
at Southwark Street, or book a place on one of our scheduled
courses.
PTS is a second line of technical support
for PC and client / server products. PTS investigates the complex
issues surrounding PC and network environments and their interaction
with DDS applications.
Telecommunications
Telecommunications offers a second line of support for communication lines and business continuity equipment, plus circuits that need to be moved, quoted for or ordered.
