With Artist fees you can manage payments to artists for TV, radio, cinema and overseas work, calculating repeats based on BARB viewing figures using guidelines set by the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising and the British Actors Equity Association. National Insurance, VAT and Foreign Entertainers Tax are all taken care of. You can make payments by BACS or cheque.
Artist fees' central repository means there's no re-keying of data between the TV and finance departments, or when it comes to P14, P35, P46-R and P60 tax year returns. Artist fees has been fully audited and approved for NIC and VAT by HM Revenue & Customs.
I always know my artist payments are correct and up to date, and I can estimate fees up front when I'm budgeting a film.

The TV department and finance share the management of artist fees, TV dealing with contracts, cast lists and repeats, and finance handling payments and tax returns.
Both departments use the same system integrated with the BARB database and implementing industry guidelines.
Data duplication and potential error are eliminated, and estimates for repeat fees feed into production budgets.
