Starcom MediaVest Group and Donovan Data Systems end arbitration process

Laura Desmond, CEO of Starcom MediaVest Group (SMG) and Michael Donovan, Chairman and CEO of Donovan Data Systems (DDS), today announced they have reached a mutual agreement to end the arbitration process which began in July 2007 and withdraw all claims currently pending between the two companies.

SMG and DDS will continue to work together under multi-year agreements in the UK and Canada. The agreement reached between the two companies also provides for SMG in the US to continue the use of the DDS system for electronic commerce in the Spot TV marketplace (DARE) through 2011.

'We are pleased to have reached a mutual agreement to end the arbitration and move forward,' said Desmond.

Starcom MediaVest Group and Donovan Data Systems have agreed to provide no further comment on the agreement.
