What to expect

Your first interview will focus on your experience and achievements as well as your suitability for a role at DDS.

If you're successful and the job appeals to you, you'll be invited back for second interview. Throughout the process, we're looking for individuals who are team players and like an intellectual challenge.

How to prepare

Do your research and learn as much as you can about DDS and the marketing communications industry. The more you know about us, the more confident you’ll be in the interview.

Make the most of your interview. Come prepared to ask questions and use the time as an opportunity to find out more about DDS. Our dress code is business casual, but if you're working in a client facing role we expect you to wear something appropriate.Bring an up-to-date CV with you, as we'll refer to it throughout the interview.
